A Journey

For over two decades, I have been creating still and video images for clients across various sectors, including corporate, agriculture, retail, non-profit organizations, and magazines.

My first camera, a Nikon FTN, was a gift from my father, which he brought back from a business trip to Japan. It sits on a shelf near my desk and reminds me that compelling images are as much a function of the photographer's eye as the camera platform they use.

I still shoot with Nikon cameras as I appreciate their their fluid interface and excellent optics.

Today, as the nascent AI industry seeks to unseat the connection between image-makers and their craft, reducing image creation in photography and filmmaking to a commodity, I hope the eye, knowledge, and experience of photographers and cinematographers will continue to be valued.
