Driving a technology, process, or change management project requires patience, resolve, empathy, and collaboration. It’s not about the tools, platforms, or widgets - those come into focus only after the pain points are clearly defined, the team and stakeholders are assembled, the path is charted, and timelines are set. While I’ve worked on some complex and fascinating technology initiatives, solving the client’s challenges has always been the most rewarding aspect of the work.

Projects I’ve Led Include:

• Implemented an AEM/CQ5 platform replacement for the U.S. marketing department.
• Onboarded an enterprise-class webcasting platform firm-wide for a 45,000-person U.S. organization.
• Improved the NASBA CPE certification process and integrated features within a webcast vendor platform.
• Reduced data risk by implementing division-wide video content tape and NAS storage solutions locally and within the firms' data center and working with IT and Technology Risk groups.
• Managed and deployed Level One RPA projects to reduce repetitive tasks within a corporate division and test chatbot systems for internal site deployment.
• Sunset a legacy internal meetings platform, streamlining operations.
• Researched and implemented real-time video capture capabilities for worldwide remote locations.
• Instituted operational improvements through a client prioritization review process for video and virtual meeting groups.
• Worked with other division leaders on change management initiatives across the enterprise.
