• Deployed a firm-wide enterprise webcast platform for a 45,000-person organization.
   
• Replaced the U.S. marketing team’s AEM/CQ5 platform with an updated solution.
   
• Improved NASBA CPE tracking by integrating certification features within a webcast vendor’s platform.
   
• Worked with IT and Technology Risk teams to implement a division-wide video storage solution—both locally and within the firm’s data centers.
   
• Managed and deployed Level One RPA pilots to reduce repetitive internal tasks; evaluated chatbot systems for internal site use.
   
• Sunset a legacy internal meetings platform, streamlining support and operations.
   
• Researched and deployed remote video capture capabilities for global field use.
