Case Study: Cornell Rowing Recruitment Video

Project Approach using the double diamond methodology

Challenge

Cornell has one of the strongest and most up-to-date rowing programs and facilities in the country. The challenge presented was how to tell that story targeting 16-17-year old high school students in a fast-paced recruiting narrative  that would hold their attention and delivery on the call to action of contacting the head coach for more information and a tour.


Discovery

Some of the challenges included:


  • How to reach and retain interest in high school students when determining what schools and program they want to attend
  • How to cover an important and multi -faceted story while not making the program too long or short while not omitting important information
  • Covering the different seasons in Ithaca and different water conditions for rowers


Define, Develop and deliver

We use the Double Diamond methodology among other agile tools in the creation of media projects which provides our clients with a established and proven development roadmap.


Delivering a successful project goes beyond just capturing content, and while that is a craft in itself, our competitive advantage leverages our extensive knowledge of project management.
