• Can you block competitors from viewing your webcast and what tools does the platform offer to protect your content so only your clients can view it?
• How robust are the analytics and can you access them in real-time during the event?
• Can the webcast be localized to target different geographic language requirements?
• Can you scale your audience cap on-the-fly if you have a last-minute surge of attendees?
• Does the platform offer real-time technical support?
